HEHD is considering sending students to German universities

The delegation of Hadhramout Establishment for Human Development (HEHD) headed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Sheikh Eng. Abdullah Ahmed Buqshan, opening the avenues of the scholarships for the HEHD students to study in German universities.
Where the delegation met with the German Foreign Ministry, which welcomed the possibility of joint cooperation between the German authorities and HEHD.
During the meeting, they discussed the role of the Yemeni private sector in alleviating the suffering of citizens and providing services in light of the current situation in the country.
Eng. Abdullah Buqshan stressed the importance of education in improving societies and preserving young people from negative influences and extremist ideas.
He added that the HEHD aims to strengthen the educational structure in Hadhramout, which will develop the society in all walks of life.
The German Foreign Ministry praised the efforts of the HEHD and the Yemeni and Saudi sectors contributing to development.
The meeting was attended by two of the HEHD members of the Board of Trustees Eng. Ahmed Bashaweih, and Eng. Badr Basalma, and former and current ambassadors of Germany.
On the other hand, the delegation met with the main administration of the German Organization "DAD" in Bonn.
During the meeting, both of them presented the activities of HEHD and the fields of work of the German Organization.
The two sides reached the possibility of the academic cooperation between them. A memorandum of cooperation will be signed stipulating the sending of students through the HEHD to study at German universities.
At the end of the official visit, Sheikh Eng. Abdullah Buqshan invited his students at German universities to a dinner.
Engineer Bugshan discussed the students' problems and their solution with the HEHD representatives in Germany.
The meeting raised the students' experiences and discussions regarding education in Germany.
