Launch of the Second Edition of the Maharat “Skills” Camp in Mukalla, Seiyun, and Haid Al-Jazil Resort

Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development has launched the second edition of the Maharat “Skills” summer camp at Haid Al-Jazil Resort for male students, and in the cities of Mukalla and Seiyun for female students, as part of its distinguished programs targeting students of model high schools.

The Executive General Manager of the Foundation, Eng. Tareq Ali Balkhasher, affirmed that the project aims to develop personal capabilities and build leadership skills among youth through an intensive 10-day training program. The program includes training workshops, practical skill exercises, comprehensive developmental activities, as well as sports and recreational programs, all designed to prepare an active generation capable of contributing to community development.

This initiative falls within the Foundation’s General Education Department’s strategic plan and is closely overseen by the Chairman of the Board of Founders, Eng. Abdullah Bugshan, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Eng. Ahmed Bashoueih, and the members of both boards. It targets 224 male and female students, in line with the Foundation’s strong belief in the importance of investing in human capital and the vital role of youth in achieving sustainable development.
