The Researcher "Sami Humaid" participates in the Food Conference in America
The Researcher "Sami Humaid" participated in the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo held in in New Orleans, LA, USA.
During the conference, the researcher presented a paper entitled "Shelf-life Evaluation of High Pressure Processed Lobster Tail"
The Food Expo lasted for three days during which the researcher was given the opportunity to communicate with others who are working in similar researches.
The paper presented by the researcher was accepted to participate in the aquatic products section of the Expo, indicating that he has the possibility of winning which will give him recognition in his major.
The researcher added that the development of seafood products is a diverse field, and expressed ambition to learn more about the experiences and challenges of other researchers while working with these multiple use products.
He also stressed that attending this conference will play a vital role in his career and develop his research skills.
