This department supervises the direction of the Foundation in the development of technical education and vocational training in Hadhramaut in particular, and Yemen in general, including related activities, programs and plans, in order to achieve the following objectives:

- Contributing the preparation of an efficient and adaptive labor force for comprehensive development needs, with a focus on the professional aspect.

- Contributing with governmental and community efforts, to support and develop institutions and institutes concerned with technical and vocational education.

- Establishing a culture of love of work, creativity and production to meet the requirements of life.
