Karama Al-Tamimi is a success story that started from Hadhramaut and settled in Canada
Dr. Karamah Mohammed Al-Tamimi, the ideal student who loved the major of electricity and he specialized in it to be one of the change makers in the field of electrical energy in Hadhramaut.
Al-Tamimi started his specialization from the University of Hadhramaut in the Department of Electronic Engineering and Communications. He was not just a student who chose to specialize in engineering to gain a scientific title raised him socially in his surroundings and among his peers. But he was a distinguished student even in extracurricular activities at the university where he received a shield of excellence and creativity in student activities from the University.
During the bachelor's degree, he won the Sheikh Suleiman Bugshan Award for the ideal student in the university education at Hadhramaut.
He has participated in United Nations human rights programs, political dialogue and the Integrated Community Development Program of the Middle East Partnership Initiative.
The University of Hadhramaut sent him to the University of Damascus, Syria, as a part of the exchange program. He completed a training course in the operation of the Ericsson PABX and Siemens PABX at the Telecommunications Institute in Damascus.
Al-Tamimi worked as a lecturer at Hadhramaut University in early 2009.
In recognition of his outstanding distinction, Karamah received an opportunity to leave Hadhramaut Foundation for Human Development to study master's degree at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia.
During the Master's course, he was a trainee in Baud Telecom Company in Riyadh.
Al-Tamimi was honored by King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) three times in succession for the patents for his research.
He received a master's degree in electrical engineering, and he was honored by Hadhramaut Foundation for Human Development with a shield of excellence.
Al-Tamimi contributed research contributions enabled him to get three patents from the United States Patent and Trademark Office in low-energy electronics.

Karamah Al-Tamimi has participated in scientific papers at several international conferences in Switzerland, USA, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia during the bachelor's stage. As well, he has participated in scientific papers in Canada during the doctoral stage.
Al- Tamimi is currently a reviewer in some scientific magazines and conferences. He is also an active member of the International Association of Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
He was interested in designing e-receivers in the date range. In 2016, he was awarded the second prize for doctoral research in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Dalhousie University.
He recently received his PhD from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the Laboratory of Integrated Circuits in the Specialty of Nanotechnology in Dalhousie University, Canada.
Dr. Karama Mohammed Al-Tamimi was born in the fort of Mubarak bin Omar at the governorate of Tarim in Hadhramaut. He completed his basic education at Al-Huda Primary School, and then he completed his secondary education at Al-Mallah Secondary School in Hami.
