Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development Celebrates the Graduation of Ten Medical Scholars from Alfaisal University in Saudi Arabia

Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development celebrated the graduation of ten of its sponsored students who have completed their Bachelor of Medicine degrees at Alfaisal University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The graduates achieved outstanding academic success, with seven of them earning First-Class Honors, and three receiving Second-Class Honors.
This distinguished group includes seven male and three female students, reflecting the Foundation’s firm commitment to supporting excellence and creativity among both genders.
On this occasion, Eng. Abdullah Ahmed Bugshan, Chairman of the Board of Founders of the Foundation, expressed his great joy at the graduation of this exceptional group of scholars. He reaffirmed the Foundation’s vision of investing in outstanding youth and enabling them to receive high-quality education at the world’s top universities.
Eng. Ahmed Bashawyeh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, extended his congratulations to the graduates and commended their perseverance and academic excellence. He noted that studying at Alfaisal University — renowned for its world-class academic standards — represents a significant milestone in the graduates’ journeys, positively expanding their knowledge and enriching both their scientific and practical experience in the medical field.
Eng. Tareq Balkhasher, the Executive General Manager of the Foundation, highlighted that the Foundation’s partnership with Alfaisal University — which includes opportunities for student exchange with prestigious universities in the United States — serves as a model for fruitful cooperation established through the Foundation’s agreements with educational institutions around the world.

Alfaisal University is ranked first in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East in the field of medicine and health sciences. This excellence significantly enhances the prospects of its graduates being accepted into the American Board, which is considered one of the most competitive programs in the world.
This year, 58 graduates from the university were accepted into the American Board, including two of the Foundation’s sponsored scholars.
